Signature Bank closed by FDIC, Points West Bank to take over

WINDSOR – Signature Bank in Windsor was closed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation today, according to a release by the FDIC, which also states that Points West Community Bank, based in Julesberg, Colo., will take over deposits at all three of Signature’s branches.

Depositors of Signature Bank will automatically become depositors of Points West, according to the release, and the bank will reopen during normal business hours as Points West Community Bank. Customers will also continue to be insured by the FDIC.
