Boulder’s sales-tax revenue increases
BOULDER – Sales- and use- tax revenue was up 9.24 percent in Boulder for sales made in February, driven mostly by increases in business and construction use taxes.
Retail sales-tax revenue was up, too. The city collected $10,526,804 in sales tax in March, representing sales in February, compared with $9,962,224 for the same period a year ago – a 5.67 percent increase.
