Google donates $25,000 to B-cycle

BOULDER – New bike-sharing program Boulder B-cycle received a $25,000 donation from the Google Community Grants Fund at the Tides Foundation.

“This generous donation will go a long way in helping us reach our overall fund raising goals,” Lewis Wolman, Boulder B-cycle’s executive director, said in a statement. “It’s also important validation when a company like Google gets behind a program like ours. We hope other Boulder-area businesses will be inspired to follow suit.”
