North I-25 construction to be completed by December

The $250 million, multi-year project to increase capacity along Interstate 25 between Mead and Fort Collins should be completed by December, Jared Fiel, a spokesman for the Colorado Department of Transportation, told the Loveland Reporter-Herald.

The improvements include northbound and southbound express lanes, new interchanges, bridge reconstructions and more, according to the project’s page on the CDOT website. Toll lanes will be free for drivers while non-construction-related work is completed.
