Co-founders regain control of Alfalfa’s

BOULDER – A newly remodeled Alfalfa’s Market is slated to open in March at 1651 Broadway in Boulder, bringing things full circle for the natural and organic grocery store.

Alfalfa’s holding company A-M Holdings LLC in June received approval from the Federal Trade Commission to buy the former Whole Foods Market store at 1651 Broadway in Boulder, as well as the Alfalfa’s Market name and intellectual property.
