FCBR makes grants for housing, installs officers

FORT COLLINS – The Fort Collins Board of Realtors will award two grants to local organizations at its annual Installation Event on Thursday.

Neighbor-to-Neighbor and Funding Partners will receive $5,000 each from the FCBR’s Housing Opportunity Fund. Additionally, Funding Partners will receive $9,000 from the state housing fund.

At the event, FCBR will install its 2009-10 officers:

• Sarah Bennett as president;
• Sean Dougherty as first vice president;
• Marie Edwards as second vice president;
• Rick Hausman as secretary/treasurer;
