Customer service should leave no bitter aftertaste

What do exceptional customer service and fine wine have in common? Hint: It has something to do with sour grapes.

I am a busy person. Like you, I have colleges to research, fender benders to fix, information to gather, service providers to consider, confusing bills that need explaining, and a whole host of work/life issues to navigate. I deal with countless organizations on a weekly basis and I consider myself a customer-service connoisseur.

I don’t know much about fine wine but I can easily recognize distinctive customer service. And it’s not that hard to deliver, if you hire an expert to design…
