Attorneys form business litigation firm

BOULDER – Three veteran attorneys have formed Shoemaker Ghiselli & Schwartz LLC, a boutique litigation firm specializing in complex business disputes and internal investigations.

Shoemaker Ghiselli & Schwartz LLC has opened at office at 1007 Pearl St., Suite 200 in Boulder.

Andrew Shoemaker, Jim Ghiselli and Paul Schwartz will use their combined 56 years experience to work directly with clients in disputes and advise companies and their officers and directors in regulatory and internal investigations conducted by government agencies.

Ghiselli, with 22 years experience, has worked with firms Holme Roberts & Owens and Hogan & Hartson in Boulder.
