Gun range plan has neighbors up in arms

WINDSOR – Steve Pfister, former partner in Realtec Commercial Real Estate Services, has hardly come across a development proposal he didn’t like.

Pfister and other developers of property that fronts the east side of Interstate 25 south of Timnath are lining up to oppose a planned shooting range on about 240 acres of land in the heart of a growing commercial and residential sector.

“So here is a project I don’t like, and there aren’t many of those,” Pfister said.
