Fort Collins sets Business Environmental programs
FORT COLLINS – The city of Fort Collins has announced its 2007 Business Environmental Program series, to be held on selected Tuesday mornings, Sept. 11 through Dec. 4.
The three-hour presentations, which are free and open to the public, are designed to help increase knowledge about the latest “green” technologies and raise awareness of city services and programs that offer conservation and cost-saving opportunities.
The seven program topics in the series are:
- Sept. 11 – Benchmarking and Goal-Setting for Energy and Water Management
- Sept. 25 – Clean Energy Cluster Update
- Oct. 2 – Energy-Efficiency Project Evaluations
- Oct. 16 – Today’s Building Enclosures-Science, Materials and Details
- Oct. 23 – Cleaner Diesel Strategies for the Future
- Nov. 6 – Zero-Waste Events and Meetings
- Dec. 4 – Green Industry Best Management Practices
