Acquisition grows ERA Tradewind

LONGMONT – ERA Tradewind, with three locations in Boulder, Longmont and Frederick, has acquired Coldwell Banker Preferred in Longmont.

The new residential real estate brokerage will operate under the ERA Tradewind brand and employ about 150 agents.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“The process started a year ago,´ said James Plaster, co-owner of ERA Tradewind. “I had a discovery team come into review the company to see how we could grow faster than one agent at a time.
