Etiquette matters both inside, outside office

WINDSOR – Many people attend business school to learn how to run a company, but how many of them learn appropriate business-card conduct? Or how to make an entrance at a gala they’re sponsoring? Or even the degree of formality an e-mail should take and under what circumstance?
