BOULDER ? The first snow in Boulder County means two things are here: Halloween and ski season.

Like clockwork, snow almost always falls on Halloween, and it remains to be seen whether trick-or-treaters will have to cover their Harry Potter costumes with parkas this year.

If you like to party hard for a good cause, the Mustache for Cash Halloween Bash is for you.
