Seven Oaks child-care properties on the block
FORT COLLINS – A network of seven highly regarded child-care centers stretching from Fort Collins to Westminster is being sold by its founders, one-by-one, to individual investors. Two of the centers are in Longmont, and one is in Louisville.
The Seven Oaks Academy buildings in east Fort Collins and another in Westminster, already have been sold and a letter of intent has been inked on a third.
