Stewart Title acquires Longmont Title

HOUSTON – Stewart Title of Colorado, a statewide real estate services company with offices in Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley, has acquired Longmont Title Holdings to expand its Northern Colorado network.

Longmont Title president and co-owner Debbie Fitzgerald will remain with the company, becoming president of the Longmont Division of Stewart Title of Colorado. Co-owners Jon Davis, Christine Evig and Diana Simmons will also remain with the Longmont office.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
