F.C. Women’s Clinic among Rangeview tenants

LOVELAND – Half the space in the newest Class A office building at east Loveland’s Centerra development is accounted for, with the Fort Collins Women’s Clinic among the new tenants.

McWhinney Enterprises, developers of the 3,000-acre Centerra project, has also signed Fairchild Semiconductor International Inc. (NYSE: FCS), FirsTier Bank and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage to new leases in Rangeview Two, a near-twin of the Rangeview building on the east shore of Equalizer Lake.

McWhinney also announced it will add two more office buildings, totaling 90,000 square feet of space, to the Rangeview complex.
