Allison case fallout still a burden to New Frontier
GREELEY – Greeley-based New Frontier Bank continues to feel the effects of its connection with Fred Allison, the former loan officer now serving a jail sentence for fraud.
The bank faces a second civil lawsuit from a former customer who claims he was harmed by Allison’s actions.
Construction contractor Charles Miles sued the bank in Weld County District Court alleging that actions committed by Allison, as an officer of New Frontier and with the knowledge of bank president Larry Seastrom, resulted in the loss of construction projects and the subsequent bankruptcy of his company, Mastersson Construction Management Inc.
