Economic development merger set tone for regional marketplace

In the fall of 1999, economic development in Northern Colorado was poised to morph. Bill Argo, president of the Greeley/Weld Economic Development Action Partnership Inc. (EDAP), resigned; Don Churchwell was about to leave his post as executive director of the Loveland Economic Development Council.
