Kroll Factual Data absorbs Missouri franchisee

LOVELAND – Kroll Factual Data acquired its franchisee Factual Data-Missouri Inc. and will move its operations to Loveland from Jefferson City, Mo.
Factual Data-Missouri was founded in 1990 by the Davis family as a franchisee of Factual Data. Kroll Factual Data, a unit of Kroll Inc., purchased the franchise from the family for an undisclosed amount.
