BOULDER — A lot of people figure it just isn’t a good time to be investing in broadband.

But then a lot of those people aren’t figuring in investing in themselves. Which is part of the rather remarkable story of ionSKY Inc. of Boulder, which has risen from the ashes of the broadband fire sale to become a fast-growing company in Boulder.
