Big Bowl spans spectrum of Asian cuisine

Big Bowl, which opened last June, offers a wide variety of Asian cuisines in a setting that’s ?one step up from fast-casual,? according to Tim Smith of Brinker International, the restaurant giant that owns Big Bowl.

?It¹s a casual dinner, with servers, but reasonably priced. Most entrees are under $10,? Smith explains.
