Comfort Dental terminates building contract

FORT COLLINS — Owners of Comfort Dental Group Inc. have decided to terminate a contract to build a new office on East Harmony Road.

Citing difficulties in obtaining a building permit and rising cost of the project, BINK’M Co. LLC, an affiliate of Comfort Dental Group Inc., sent a letter of termination to the owner of the property. The office was to be located on the south side of Harmony, just west of Poudre Fire Authority Station Number Five.
