New warehouse under construction in I-25 corridor

FORT COLLINS — Englewood-based McCoy Sales Corp. is building a 10,000-square-foot warehouse facility in the Interchange Business Park on the southeast corner of East Mulberry Street and Interstate 25.

The company distributes Parker Hannifin fittings and O-rings to various manufacturers. McCoy Sales currently leases warehouse space in Lafayette, but that operation will move to the Fort Collins warehouse when it opens in July. Sinnett Builders Inc. is the general contractor.

Company president Tom Gee said the move north made sense because McCoy Sales has several clients in the area. The company also has warehouses in Louisville and Commerce City.
