New hotel, hospital and shopping mall going to transform development

LOVELAND — At a time when many companies and developments are lowering their sites, Centerra is lifting theirs.

McWhinney Enterprises is the developer of Centerra, the 3,000-acre mixed-use, master-planned community at Interstate 25 and U.S. Highway 34 in Loveland. The company is in the planning phase of three major real estate development projects that will more than double the amount of commercial space in the development in the next three years.
