Hair salons hit in regional spree

FORT COLLINS — The “have rock, will travel” bandits have been on a Front Range burglary spree since Jan. 19.

But the rock may finally have stopped rolling March 29, when Fort Collins police arrested three Fort Collins teenagers in connection with the crimes that spanned six cities and, in two out of three cases, targeted hair salons.

Police took a 17-year-old boy into custody along with 19-year-olds Dominic Sullivan and Ryan McGee.

Thirty-one retail stores in Cheyenne, Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland, Longmont and Windsor were hit — literally — in much the same way during the two-month…
