The board of directors at the Colorado Dance Festival has made Katherine MacDiarmid the executive director.

FirstTier Bank named Todd Peyok branch president and Loyd Klemsz vice president of lending at the bank’s new Boulder branch.

Silicon Valley Bank, a subsidiary of Austin, Silicon Valley Bancshares, has promoted Doug Mangum to division manager for the Southwest region. He also was appointed to the bank’s managing committee.

Dain Rauscher Inc., a Boulder-based investment banking and services company, has promoted Steve Brown to associate vice president-investment officer in its Boulder office.

Edward Jones Investment has hired Dennis Davidson as an investment representative in the Boulder office.

Wells Fargo Bank has named Melinda A. Unger as vice president and Elizabeth Lauer as an officer at the bank’s Denver branch.

Norwest Bank Colorado named John Yarberry vice president of the bank’s Boulder branch and Kimberly J. Seebaum as an officer.

Dr. William K. Keats has been appointed medical director of the Kremer Laser Eye Center opening in Denver.

Inctools Communications of Denver, a high-tech Intranet service provider, has named John Lay as its head of operations. Lay will assume the responsibilities of president, chief executive officer and managing director.

Verio Inc., a business Internet-service provider based in Denver, has added Juliet Cleaver as a sales/account maintenance representative.

NetDelivery Corp. named Jay Bright vice president of marketing.

Global Commerce Systems Inc., a provider of software and e-commerce services based in Broomfield, added five executives to its staff. Jose A. Aguilar was hired as vice president, managed services; David J. Baumgarten as vice president, customer solutions; Mark Harrow as vice president, sales West region; Douglas K. Jackson as vice president, business development; and Ron Quan as vice president, learning services.

Boulder-based ProductBuzz Inc., a provider of online business-to-business digital exchanges, appointed Richard Belvini to vice president of e-commerce services.

Zygo Corp., a developer of yield-enhancement solutions for precision manufacturing industries, appointed Michael J. Auth as vice president of finance, chief financial officer and treasurer. Auth will work at the Connecticut-based company’s operations office in Longmont.

Picosecond Pulse Labs Inc., a Boulder-based manufacturer of high-performance ultra-broadband electrical components and pulse generators, has added Robert O’Rourke as director of sales.

The Denver Foundation has hired Terri Konrad as program officer.

Exchange Applications Inc., a Boston-based company that optimizes interactive relationships between customers and companies, has added to its senior management team. Robin Green was hired as senior vice president of Global Services, and Anthony Heywood was named senior vice president of international operations.

BCI Commercial Interiors, based in Boulder, has hired Ken Groth as sales manager.

Drexel, Barrel & Co., a consulting, engineering and surveying firm based in Boulder, has appointed Barbara N. Weiss to president.

Barbara A. Mazurowski has been named operations manager of the Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Site in Golden.
