Rodeo recognized as ‘local legacy’

CHEYENNE — Cheyenne Frontier Days has been the prime “local legacy” of Wyoming’s capital city for more than a century, and now it will be recognized as such in a Local Legacy exhibit to celebrate the Bicentennial of the Library of Congress.

Wyoming’s congressional delegation said a multimedia Frontier Days exhibit will be Wyoming’s offering to the Library of Congress celebration in May and then will become part of the library’s collections.
