OneRealm making software to simplify globalization

BOULDER — These days even the smallest software firm can sell its wares to customers scattered from China to Chile.

The only catch is making sure software programs will work in different countries. Not only does the software manual have to be translated into other languages, but software must be “debugged” of conflicts with currency standards, dates and times and a myriad of other potential problems. Such “globalization” or “internationalization” can be difficult and expensive.
