At Wheeler Commercial Property Services LLC, the lights go on each day between 6:30 and 7 a.m., when Linda Perry arrives at the office. She makes a pot of coffee, allowing herself only one cup, and uses the quiet morning hours to send out faxes, read real-estate journals and prepare for the day.
