New development sprouts up along 287 in Loveland

LOVELAND – U.S. Highway 287 just north of Loveland is about to undergo a change, as several parcels on the northwest corner of 287 and 50th Street recently were sold. Two new projects soon will be under way, and a third already has begun.Porter Industries Inc., a well-known janitorial service in Northern Colorado, has broken ground on a new headquarters that will replace its current location at 418 E. 4th St.
Porter Industries will be just north of the recently completed building for Foundation Engineering Consulting Engineers Ltd.
