Patagonia sues Colorado couple
Ventura, Calif.-based Patagonia is suing a Colorado couple that it says is wrongfully using the company’s logo as part of its fundraising efforts.
The website BusinessDen.com reports that the couple, Jeff Hunt and Marie Diladd, have been driving around the state and country with Patagonia’s logo on their van, along with a Climb4Hunger Twitter handle. Patagonia is seeking unspecified damages, alleging that the couple is using the logo to solicit donations from business owners.
