Odell to release porter brewed with Colorado grapes
Fort Collins’ second-largest brewery on Feb. 9 will release Amuste, an imperial porter brewed with Tempranillo grapes grown on Colorado’s Western Slope and aged in red wine barrels.
Odell is no stranger to aging its beers in barrels originally used for other spirits. Many of the company’s sour beers are aged in whiskey barrels before they are tapped and served to the public.
