New Techstars foundation to foster diversity

Techstars, the nine-year-old, Boulder-based accelerator, has launched a foundation to improve diversity in business by providing opportunities for under-represented entrepreneurs. the Longmont Times-Call reported.

In the Wednesday announcement, Techstars said that over the next three years it would double the number of women in the applicant pool for its accelerator program over the next three years and across its mentor network over the next four.
