Louisville-based Door to Door Organics merging with Virginia firm
A Boulder County homegrown online organic grocer is joining forces with one from Virginia to keep up with the grocery delivery sector’s rapidly changing landscape.
The Denver Post reports that Louisville-based Door to Door Organics is merging with Charlottesville, Va.-based online grocer Relay Foods in an all-stock deal. The paper noted that the companies, when the deal is complete later this year, will merge under a new name, though the new firm will keep operations in both headquarters cities.
