CanopyBoulder launching marijuana startup accelerator March 30
BOULDER — CanopyBoulder will launch the first of two business-accelerator boot camps in Boulder for 10 marijuana startup companies on Monday, March 30.
CanopyBoulder’s co-founder and managing director, Patrick Rea, said more than 155 teams applied to be part of the first 12-week boot camp. The second boot camp with 10 other companies will take place in September.
CanopyBoulder is partnering with California-based The ArcView Group to provide $20,000 in seed funding and mentoring in return for a 9.5 percent equity stake in each company.
