Transfort to reduce service on some routes
FORT COLLINS — Transfort, Fort Collins’ municipal transit system, will implement service reductions beginning next Monday because of ongoing budget constraints and continued staffing shortages.
According to a Transfort news release, “these changes reflect broader financial challenges facing the City, including a hiring freeze and cost-saving measures being implemented across all departments. With limited resources available, Transfort is adjusting service levels to better align with current staffing and budget realities.”
