FORT COLLINS — Sit and Stay Dog Bar — a bar, restaurant, park and kennel planned for north Fort Collins — aims to be the city’s one-stop shop for local dog lovers.
Patrick Duncan is hoping to open the venture on a vacant, roughly two-acre site at 1524 N. College Ave., according to a Coloradoan report.
