Office building in Boulder’s Flatiron Park fetches nearly $10M in sale
BOULDER — A roughly 31,000-square-foot flex office building at 1855 57th Court in Boulder’s Flatiron Park recently sold for $9.95 million.
The buyer of the building, which was built in 1977, was McGarveys Shoals LLC, Boulder County public records show. That company is registered to an Ohio address associated with Gem Land Co.
Boulder-based development firm Element Properties LLC, through affiliate 57th Element LLC, was the seller. Element bought the building in 2016 for $4.55 million, public records show.

The fully leased and recently renovated property, known as View 57, was marketed by Newmark Knight Frank.
