Erie, Lafayette continue Nine Mile sparring

ERIE — The Erie Town Board may decide Tuesday to take a step that would block Lafayette from developing on land next to Erie’s Nine Mile Corner.

The Times Call reported that the step could affect development of property in Lafayette owned by Boulder-based Tebo Properties.  The potential Erie move continues sparring between the two communities over development in and near Nine Mile Corner.
