FORT COLLINS — City Park Condos, an 18-unit multifamily rental community at 812 City Park Ave. in Fort Collins, recently changed hands for $3.55 million.
The buyer of the three-story, roughly 15,000 square foot complex built in 1982 was North Quarries LLC, Larimer County public records show. That company is registered to a Boulder address associated with Helix Property Management LLC. The seller was TriStone Properties LLC, also registered to an address in Boulder.
