Boulder-based health-tech firm raises $5 million in capital
BOULDER — Prima Temp Inc., a health-care technology company, has raised more than $5 million in capital.
The Boulder-based company has raised $5.4 million and is seeking a total of $6.3 million, according to a Form D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Oct. 13. The company is offering equity to raise the funds. Prima Tech did not return a request for comment.
The company’s first product, a personal fertility sensor and thermometer shaped like a ring that can be worn inside the customer, called Priya, is still in development, according to Prima Temp’s website. The company last raised $1.6 million in 2016.
