Denver fracking company sells in $284.5M deal
DENVER — A Denver-based fracking-services company is being sold to a Houston-based company.
The Denver Business Journal reports that Keane Group Inc. will acquire RockPile Energy Services LLC in a $284.5 million deal. Keane will acquire RockPile from White Deer Energy, a private equity firm based in Houston and New York. The transaction is expected to close July 31.
RockPile and Kean both provided fracking services in the Bakken and Permian basins.
