Intrawest ski operator contemplates possible sale
The owner of the Steamboat ski resort — and the operator of the Winter Park resort — may be contemplating a sale.
Reuters reported last week that Fortress Investment Group might be considering a sale of ski-resort operator Intrawest Resorts Holdings Inc., working with investment banks on a possible sale. The Denver Post reports that the city of Denver, which owns Winter Park, has not yet been informed of any decision to sell Intrawest.
