SendGrid lands $33M funding round, with IPO on horizon

SendGrid, which moved its headquarters from Boulder to Denver earlier this year, has raised a new $33 million funding round.

The Denver Post reports that the company, which makes a cloud-based email-delivery services platform, has plans for an initial public offering next year and aims to grow its employee count from the current figure of 322 to 900 by 2020.
