Erie trustees approve development agreement for Nine Mile Corner
An Arizona developer gained more momentum this week toward turning a 45-acre parcel in Erie into a major mixed-use commercial project.
The Colorado Hometown Weekly reports that the town’s Board of Trustees approved a development agreement for the Nine Mile Corner project at the southeast corner of Arapahoe Road and U.S. Highway 287. As part of the deal, Evergreen Devco Inc., will purchase the land from the city for about $5 million.
