Neighbors to appeal student-housing approval

Neighbors in Fort Collins’ historic Tres Colonias neighborhoods say they will appeal last week’s approval of the Capstone Cottages housing project, which would bring nearly 900 students to the northside area.

The Coloradoan reports that the city housing officer had ruled that the 201-unit, 888-bedroom planned near Lincoln and Lemay avenues meets most of the city’s development standards.
