Bank to open in former Boulder Cafe spot in 2016

A bank is set to locate at the former home of Boulder Cafe along the Pearl Street Mall, though the identity of that bank remains a mystery.

The Daily Camera reports that Stephen Tebo, the commercial property owner and developer who co-owns the building at 1247 Pearl St., confirmed that a lease has been signed, with plans for the bank to open next year in the prized downtown Boulder spot.
