Fresca Foods adding 50,000-square-foot manufacturing space in Louisville
LOUISVILLE — In a move that speaks to its continued growth, Fresca Foods Inc., recently re-upped on a long-term lease on a 49,570-square-foot building in the Colorado Technology Center that the company will convert from a warehouse into a food-grade manufacturing facility.
The plan is for Fresca to vacate the building at 1775 Cherry St., owned by Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners, by Oct. 1 and return at the beginning of January after renovations are complete, said Colorado Group’s Neil Littman, who represented Fresca in the new lease along with Scott Reichenberg.

The elimination of warehouse space in the CTC is possible for Fresca because the company earlier this year leased 158,000 square feet in the Majestic Commercecenter business park in Aurora. Fresca already leases about 80,000 square feet of warehouse space there but will now combine those operations with the former Louisville warehouse operations into the new location.
Fresca already did manufacturing in the CTC at its corporate headquarters at 195 CTC Blvd., where the company has 65,195 square feet. It also has a 17,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at 340 S. Taylor Ave. The plan now, Littman said, is for the Taylor facility’s operations to be rolled into the expanded manufacturing facilities on Cherry Street once that building is complete.
Fresca had been subleasing the space on Cherry Street for the past five years before signing the new lease.
An official for Fresca couldn’t immediately be reached Monday.
