Industrial building in Fort Collins sells for $2.2 million

FORT COLLINS — Matthew Fries of Fort Collins-based Fries Enterprises LLLP has sold an industrial storage/warehouse building in Fort Collins for $2.2 million to an investor in Kansas.

The 31,187-square-foot building at 1626 Riverside Ave. is fully leased and occupied by Fort Collins Winair, Pro Document Management and Painters Supply Etc.

The unidentified buyer from Kansas formed the entity 1625 Riverside LLC to make the purchase.
