Apartments in Lafayette sold for $25 million

LAFAYETTE – California-based Fairfield Residential Co. LLC has acquired the Peakview Apartments in Lafayette for $25.5 million, according to public records.

The complex, at 601 Merlin Drive off South Boulder Road, has been renamed Ardenne.

Fairfield bought the complex at 601 Merlin Drive through its entity Fairfield PeakView LLC from PCCP FPA Peakview LLC.
